i dont know what else to suggest,you have tested without the crucial m4? their previous firmware caused alot of freezing/crashing issues 000f and the latest fw is more reliable,other than that i think your best to rma and see how it goes with a replacement board

I haven't tested without the M4, although I did just update the firmware which didn't affect stability (still unstable under load). I'll give it a shot without the SSD, and if that doesn't change anything, I'll just RMA the board. Thanks for your help thus far.

you can post your bios screens if you get the time,usb stick and f12 to take screenshot of each page and upload to image host site like tinypic.com or photobucket,

you have the ssd installed on the intel sata3 port? not on the marvell port?

All of the BIOS settings are the same as before (stock). Here's the album with the stock settings: http://imgur.com/a/AlOlv I did tweak just about everything and tweak it back to no avail. I have the SSD on the 1st (0th) sata 3 port, and the system is stable with the SSD while using the G540 processor in either motherboard, so I don't think the SSD is the issue. I think I'm just going to fill out the RMA form tonight and send the board out. If that doesn't fix the issue, the only other possible problem I can see is with the CPU.
