I have phenom II x4 965 do you think it can handle all incoming gams this year?

P2 965BE should be enough for every game this year and even for every game next year! It should be enough for every game until next gen game consoles arrive...
Bigger problem is your graphic card - GTX560Ti/HD6950 are the graphic cards enough for every game until next gen game consoles arrive which were scheduled for release in 2015.
HD 5770 should be enough for like 80% of all upcoming games to be played at decent video settings.
I have GTX 460 768MB and I'm not planning to change it until GTX 6xx second generation arrives...

thanks for the query i think i will upgrade my motherboard,vc and procie next year my target is 8 core bulldozer, 6970, 990fx mobo but this yr my spec. is enough for me right now :)
