    Try this.

    MIC-IN -> 1- AUD_MIC
    MIC-GND -> 3- AUD_MIC_BIAS (but I'm not sure on this one)
    R-OUT -> 5- AUD_FPOUT_R
    L-OUT -> 9- AUD_FPOUT_L
    EAR-G -> 2- AUD_GND
