if the athlons run on a 266mhz fsb, then would ddr333 even be any faster than ddr266 ??

Some tests have been performed...showing that PC2700 memory isn't really any better...just by a bit. So you can go ahead and get PC2100 ram.

You will wanna keep in mind tho that when it comes down to overclocking 2700 will give you more head room for those extra FSB
