EIST Option cannot be found

Hi all,
I recieved my new PC the includes among other specs Intel Q6600 on a Gigabyte motherboard EP35C-DS3R.

When entering the BIOS I could not find the option CPU EIST Function.
The C1E option exists.

From what I could find, Q6600 processor does support that option, and the mother board supports this to.

My question is why cant I see this option?

I believe that most of the performance oriented Gigabyte boards have a F-key strike requirement for getting into the advanced (and power user) BIOS settings. I don't recall which F-key it is, but you should be able to Google it pretty easily. It just amounts to holding down the appropriate F-key while hitting Delete to enter BIOS.

Shouldn't this option be in Advance BIOS Features?
I entered the BIOS normally, by hitting Del.

when you enter bios then press Ctrl + F1 for the extra options on each page of bios. You should then be able to see the other settings.
