To anyone smarter than i am - which is probably most of you - anyway - i keep getting a ram error (beep beep) when i boot up - heard this is common with this mother board - how does one fix this??

Check to see if the RAM is good by testing it in another machine. If it works, then you have a motherboard issue. If it is toast in the other system, then the memory is bad. You can also double check to make sure the RAM is seated properly (and fully) into the slots of your motherboard and also use a soft, clean cloth (old t-shirts work well) to clean the gold leads of any grunge.Old age and treachery will overcome youth and skill
