Here is a link to an ASROCK socket 478 motherboard that supports both PCIe and AGP8x/4x. It does not support DDR2.

Here is a link to another ASROCK 478 board with both AGP and PCIe support and a link to a store in Canada that sells it.

hang on, jjordan27, think about it. the agp GS can mostly be unlocked, and if you got one, your PC would be good for a while yet. a S478 is just too old now, so why not get a gs as a stopgap, and wait until AMD and Intel release their newest chips? prices will have gone down then, so a full upgrade could be done later on, with a LGA775 intel (current Intel socket) or a S939 AMD (current, but soon to change, AMD socket)

Very good advice Munkul. I decided to upgrade my motherboard, cpu, and gpu.

I found an ASRock 939 board that supports SLI Athalon 64, fx, x2. In SLI both pci-e run at 16X. It also has some other nice features and it was only 84$ Oh, it is also upgradable to socket 940!

To go with it I got an Athalon 64 3700+San Diego and an overclocked 6800GS (490mhz) I will get another for SLI later when I have more flow.

I am selling my P43.2gig cpu and mobo along with alot of other accesories for about $300 so I will get to upgrade my system for only the cost of the GPU! Thanks for the help guys.
