MSI K7N2 -V Help Loading XP

When trying to load Windows 2000 or XP will not allow OP system to load.Loads 98 but when I try to load drivers system reboots!
Specs
XP2400
450 Watt PS
256MB 2700
Max 30g drive
Msi DVD

Anyone having this problem please help Thanks

You'll have to give more information about the specific error you're recieving, if any.

In any case, it sounds like it could be a bad memory problem. Test the RAM in another system or use Memtest86 from my signature.

Thanks it was the Ram just picky! Tried differant setting and Ram out of My Toy and it worked! Thanks
