NF7-S or 7N400 Pro2 Ultra400?

I'm building a new machine with xp 2500+ cpu and am having trouble deciding between these two mb's. I'm going to be overclocking the crap out of the cpu so if any of you guys have had good OCing results with either of these two then please post and tell me how far you got or didn't get.

The NF7-S Rev. 2 is widely regarded as the best overclocking motherboard there is. I'd recommend you get that.

I'd also recommend you get a good cooler and a 2500 (or even 2400) Mobile instead of a normal desktop 2500 because it uses less power and has unlocked multipliers, so it will overclock higher.
