Can 32-bit Win7 use 4GB RAM if PAE is enabled?

I want to know if Windows 7 Ultimate can make full use of 4GB RAM if I use the command line to force-enable PAE (Physical Address Extension)? If it can't, then I'll have to use the excess RAM as RAM disk instead which should beat hard drive-based virtual Memory. Additionally, I also have 512MB graphic card installed, which I think it would have some affect on the OS' efficiency in memory management.

The most memry 32 bit operating sytem can use is abou 3.2 gig due to virtual memory requirements and 32 bit limits. You can use the /3g option if you like but that also causes other issues.Youd be better off going 64 bit solves all the issues

OK, my mistake. PAE in 32bit Windows is only to enable the Data Execution Prevention (DEP) feature. The CHIP article was wrong after all.
