Im completely new to Overclocking and I really need some help..... PLEASE

Im trying to get my FSB:DRAM ratio as close to 1:1 as possible, but right now im sitting at 1:7 ratio....

Here are my specs...

Intel i7-2600K
Gigabyte P67A-UD7 Motherboard
Corsair Dominator GT 1866MHZ (4x2GB)
Corsair H70 Hydro Cooling

Currently my I think my ram is running at 1866mhz but not sure. In my BIOS i set them to 1866 and also raised the voltage up to 1.66v to give them proper power. When I run CPU-Z i get this....

Then Under SPD un GPU-Z I see this

Im so confused and dont know where to start? Am I not utilizing my RAM to its fullest Potiental??? Please any knowledge would be greatly appreciated.
