Much difference between 667 /800MHz?

    Much difference between 667 /800MHz?

    Hi all, i got 4gb of 667MHz ddr2 and i'm wondering
    if i'd see much difference gaming with 4gb 800MHz?
    My cpu is fsb 333 and 800MHz is the max for mobo.

      Not much difference. Do you know the memory part numbers, or timings? You may want to try to tighten the timings up a little.

        Thanks i got 2x2gb of pny ultima, 555 15,
        1.8v,
        it's running better since i disabled the compatable setting though.
