How to stay connected !!! On one PC

Would any one here know how to stay connected to the net while logging off the Administrator account to a different one whit out dial up again??? It work fine yesterday but not to day!!! Always when I switched the accounts yesterday it was steel connected to the net so no more dial up that was cool but not anymore!!!!:cry:

if you log off it will kill all programs and connections, but if you switch users, it will keep admin logged on and another user logged on, while keeping the connection, yet you still will need the admin password to switch back to admin.

does this make sence????
