I wonder what makes you think you got "downloader.Keenval.B/N" in the first place... Google gives me nothing and Yahoo gives me a bunch of crap I'm too lazy to read through. Symantec and McAfee say nothing, and I've assumed AVG is out of the question as your AVG isn't picking anything up...
Download Hijackthis from the link in my signature and post the log. From there we can figure out how easy this will be to remove, or maybe even remove it right away.
When an anti-virus cannot see a Trojan in XP, this is normally because the Trojan is stored in the XP sysem Restore files, which are read only. I hav had to sort out about 6 PCs all with XP and all with the same problem. Some anti-virus can detect these Trojans but cannot delete them.
Try turning off system restore and running the anti-virus program . Another way is to purge the restore files. This is done though the XP help system and reducing the amount of HDD space you allow for the storage of these files.
Can I also recomend trying a good antispyware program as they can be better at removing malware and spyware (try Spyware Doctor)
In addition to tring the previously posted suggestion, try booting in "Safe Mode", then doing your virus scans. Additionally try Spybot Search & Destroy, as well as Lavasoft's Ad-aware programs, as it may be classified as a spyware program.
