Broadband Keeps Cutting

Every time a phone call comes through my internet cuts off!!

Does anyone have any way of stopping this? It is BT Yahoo Broadband if that makes any difference.

Sounds like you need a filter on the line that goes to your PC. Most DSL broadband kits include this filter so if yours does not, contact Yahoo and ask them about it.

I have put in the filters but maybe it is because way filter is connected to a phone extension line.

The filter's only purpose is to keep the analog signal (telephone) seperate from the digital signal (data). As long as the filter is in place on the line going from the jack to the PC, then it should be doing its intended job. Is this the case with your setup?
