Need 3Com Software

I need the Drivers and installation CD for the 3Com 3c892a ISDN modem, I have the desktop manager program but it doesn't work without the installation program at all. If anyone out there has the disk........HELP!!!!!!!!!!! or if anyone has any knowledge of how to set up an ISDN LAN modem in M$XP I could use the help!!
