I wish to register a domain.
Does it matter which one I use as long as it is ICANN certified?
ie - I can go for there USD $6-8 ones that also offer some free webspace?
Also, there is usually a fee for moving a domain to a new host/registrar, BUT does anyone know if they charge fees when you wish to leave for another one?
