I am looking for a better way to transfer WEP codes onto windows XP computers. Let me explain:
Say I have a machine ( any OS) and I have it WIRED through a wireless router with WEP enabled, The WEP codes are set, and I inputed a password. Everythin looks good.
Next I go to a lap top with windows 98, 2000 or Me. All I have to do is input the password and the Wep codes are grabbed and installed. It is sweet. Xp must have all 21 letters and numbers inputed manually. Why? I can't believe that is just the way it is. I have installed numerous networks and I cant seem to find a way around inputing the codes manually. Any Ideas where I am going wrong?
