There doesn't seem to be any rhyme or reason to it. It goes away after restarting and sometimes comes back after an hour, sometimes days later, CPU usage is low however memory (4GB) is at 30% with just Firefox open. I ran mentest86 for about 10 hours with no errors. Games still run completely smooth (I played CS:GO for 5+ hours a few days ago) and they don't seem to cause the issue to arise. My mouse cursor looks like this...
It will change when I hover over things and stay that way, this is just an example. The freezing is about every 30sec to 3 minutes lasting for about 10 seconds, it almost seems like it's gotten less frequent. (I've had the problem for over a month). I haven't made any changes that I can think of that would cause it.
