Asrock H55M-LE & Winfast 2000H ? incompatible.

Can anyone tell me if this combination is incompatible? Recently installed new Asrock H55M-LE. Have tried updating all drivers, installed, reinstalled everything to no avail. Scan of providers brings up 0. Had no problems with the Leadtek card previously.

Any suggestions would be appreciated.
