stability problem?

1.I have PIII 866 on abit bx133raid MB.If i mark on soft menuIII setup processor 866(133) or 850(100),my os (win2k) won't start and a pc restars..Now i've marked 266(66) processor.OS starts,al stuff works,but processor works only on 433MHz 66MHzBus(as intel frequency utility shows).This started after a year of using pc.

2.When i want to shut down pc,i choose 'shut down' and i have to hold power swich for 4sec.Is it possible to make power shut down automaticly?

any suggestions?

No,i didn't make any changes..
It just started(restarting).First system started restarting after few hours of work,later after few minutes,now it won't boot at all.

I figured out how to turn on automatic shut down.Its very simple:)
