      Re: STOP message during gameplay

guys, i disabled Video RAM caching through my BIOS... it has somehow lessened the frequency of crashes...

i have also disabled my ethernet adapter (IRQ 19) hoping that it will eliminate the crashes... unfortunately, it hasn't...

anybody still willing to help me? i will be very thankful. :)

        Re: STOP message during gameplay

that STOP 0x000050 is that some drivers are causing the error, most likely video card drivers.
it also states that the RAM could be bad/corrupt.

Another thing to try is increasing the memory voltage to 2.7-2.8v.

Hey guys, I just stumbled upon a site and it had a link to the Windows Memory Diagnostic program. so, i downloaded it and ran it. Lo and behold! It detected some memory errors! (Stride6)

So, I guess i just have to replace my 512MB PC3200 (400) memory module...

Your BIOS is where you'll do that if the BIOS supports that function.
