I have a SoundBlaster live digital 5.1, which i got for my Altec Lansing 4100 speakers. I may upgrade my comp now, and if i do it will be to an nForce 2 platform. (im prob. just gonna wait for clawhammer). But i was wondering if the nforce 2's built in soundstorm audio is better then the SB live 5.1 digital.

i went to the website and it (MCP) could process only like 256 sounds/voices, but i know that the EMU10K1 on the SB live can do 1024 voices. is that not rellavent?AMD Athlon XP 2500+ Barton (166*11=1883MHz) -|- Asus A7N8X Deluxe Rev2.0 -|- Corsair XMS PC3200 512 MB RAM 2T-3-3-6 @DDR333 -|- Leadtek A250 TD GF4 TI 4400 300/630 -|- 40 Gig Quntaum Fireball AP+ -|- 52x Samsung CD-ROM Drive -|- SB Live Digital 5.1 -|- Antec SG case w/350 Watt Power-Up PSU
