  • red bias on RGB not displaying

I disconnected my VGA cable from my ASRock h61m-vs board and after reconnecting the red bias color display was no more, but the monitor displays correctly on other sources. What could have been affected? the board or the processor?(i3 2120) and can i resolve this?. thanks for your help in advance

Re: red bias on RGB not displaying

    Welcome to the forum.

Did you try using a different VGA cable with your monitor and your motherboard?
Did you use your original video cable when you connected your to a different system?
Look closely at the video connector on your motherboard and see if there are any signs of damage or if the motherboard video connector is loose.
Make sure that all motherboard hold down screws are secure and that your motherboard is not loose in the case.

the cable for the monitor is inbuilt and is working perfectly with other systems. neither there are no signs of damage on the video connector nor on the cable pins. and the connector is tight. the hold down screws are secure and board is tight in the case
