Good TV tuner cards and software

I have found it difficult to find much information on this so I hope you can help. I'm looking at a Compro Vista E900F which is meant to be really good hardware but bad software, which seems to be a problem with a lot of cards: I was told you can use different software with some cards but I don't know about this and can't seem to find out so any thing on this would really be appreciated.

where/what country are you in? ive been using the kworld 210se hybrid digital freeview tv card for over a year now,works fine on all os's in win7 with windows media centre and in windows xp using the supplied tv software,as for 3rd party software they dont work very good if at all and can be compex to set up,it comes with a remote and works fine even in media centre,you can buy the dual digital cards too if you want to watch one channel and record the other ill link you to the card i have but they do do others

wish i was in sunny oz too
