Hi guys, recently I became quite interested in 4K gaming and I'm thinking of getting Asus PB287Q monitor, I know gaming at this resolution is very GPU demanding so I'm trying to build a rig that wont cost a fortune but is still capable of pushing that 30-45fps. After reading this test AMD FX-8350 powering GTX 780 SLI vs GTX 980 SLI at 4K - TweakTown's Tweakipedia I thought of getting those components
Corsair 300R Black Mid Tower Gaming Case
1000W Corsair RM1000x Series, 80 PLUS Gold
Asus Sabertooth AMD 990FX
AMD FX 8350 Black Edition
Corsair Hydro Series H80i GT 120mm High Performance Multi CPU Liquid Cooler
16GB Corsair DDR3 Vengeance Pro Series 1866
2X 8GB Gigabyte Radeon R9 390 G1 GAMING or 2X 8GB MSI Radeon R9 390X GAMING Twin Frozr V
Whats your thoughts guys? I know Inter is better but from what I read CPU isnt as important when gamoing at 4K and I would overclock that CPU. Thanks
