Computer case

I'm considering a new build and would like to make use of an Acer AM5100-U5201A case. I would like to gut the case but I'm having difficulty removing the side cover, (the side that the mother board mounts to) as I cant' get the top R/W drive removed. Does anyone know how to remove that side panel or maybe why the top drive won't come out simply by sliding back the green slot locks???
