Anyone know what's going on at Mediasonic?

Tech help and Forums are down - of course you can still buy things.

Having problems to get Probox HF2-SU352 to get all drives recognized under eSATA. The eSATA card is correctly showing 4 drives on boot.

Hi, I have the same problem as you do.
I find the eSATA controller driver for my motherboard online, download and update the driver in windows device manager. Then it can be able to detect it. My BIOS would read it as only 1 drive, but when it enters windows it will use the driver and then it would see the 4 drives.
This is due to the SATA port Multiplier not enabled before you install the driver.

Its a function of the eSATA drivers on your MB or your add in card and if they support the required SATA port multiplier feature. There are special drivers for the ASMedia add-in cards that are meant to make it work, I decided to stick with a known quality SIL card. Problem solved.
