I have the smaller 500 watt version of that brand and I love it. It's been a good unit for almost a year now. I haven't used it for SLI yet though, but I'm guessing the one your thinking about would be plenty of power. I might actually try that one for my next system. I like the idea that it has 4X 12 v rails, thats a huge buying point for me. It might even be enough for quad video cards when they start making the mainboards to support that.
FSP are good, but I'd take a look at other options in that price range (Seasonic, Enermax etc)
Why? You can't get a high-quality 600W for any less, and there's no brand better than Fortron (there are ties, mind you, but nothing superior). Seasonic and Fortron are just brand names anyway; they're both actually the same thing as Sparkle. Regardless, there aren't really any better options in that price range (at least on Newegg).
