unreal 2 problems plzz help

I have downloaded unreal 2 from irc and i have big problems the colours the monsters are mixed in colours man thats ugly.
and the walls and weapons and grass are perfect only the monsters and characters are ugly in colour

i have downloaded drivers form www.geforce.com

and direct x9

my computer:
Amd Athlon XP 2200 +
Geforce 4 4200 128 mb 8XAGP
256 MB DDR
ASUS V7V8 motherboard
