Mouse flashing problem with W40K:DOW.

I recently bought the amazing game Warhammer 40k:Dawn of War and i couldnt help realising that the mouse kept flashing....at first i didnt realy care but then it started getting annoying.Could someone find a solution to this?

PS:The mouse also flashing with THE SIMS,NVN,RISE OF NATIONS and a couple more i forgot.
