Need help with Ghost Master NoCD fix.

Can anyone tell me how to get the U.S. NoCD fix by Deviance to work with Ghost Master or any other Ghost Master NoCD fix for that matter? There is a version 1.0 and a version 1.0.20.0 NoCD fix but my original store boughten game C.D. is version 1.0.09.0 (Strange) and there are no official updates released for the U.S. version of the game that I can find.
