All you have to do to insert them is;
* click on the one you want to use
*once you do that, the source of them image highlights in the blue writing above all the emoticons
* right click on the source (the blue writing)
* select copy
* come back to where you want to paste it
* right click on this page and click paste.

.....and there you have it, one cool emoticon.
