ICQ=I seek you, and is I guess similar to MSN I guess...
You can communicate via email, chat, SMS, phone or pager.

I signed up ages ago to ICQ, but never used it. Regard to MSN for some reason I d/l a couple of times, but always had troubles with it so I figured stuff it...:p

I use Trillian to connect with ICQ, MSN and Yahoo (though not often with the last) though AIM and IRC can also be connected to.

I really only use MSN. No point in having 10,000 instant messaging programs.

Exactly, shame that everyone I know of couldn't just use one but until they do I'll comunicate with all usin' Trillian. :devil:
