A mixture of slow net connection IE causing errors, how much more frustrating can life get?

I've been gettin them at work now. :(

Use to receive many.......now only that (your old e-mail.... 1) It pops up then... half opens then goes straigth to the tray... i close it and it does not come back .... only get the 1 now....i dont even run POW anymore
