Changing profile

I do apologize if this is the wrong forum but I could not find any better.

More then a month ago I updated my profile with my new mail address but tweaktown still sends mail to my old address. How do I tell them that the address in my profile has changed? Their "Contact Us" is disabled so I can not use it. Any ideas? My old address expires this month.
