Uninsured drivers make it tuff for responsible motorist world wide.
But, from those pics it looks like no more than replacement drivers door and reworked front quarter panel & rear door.
But regaurdless of your deductable, the uninsured driver will cause your rates to increase..........or at least thats the way it works in North America. I don't suppose it's still Monday down under as well:cry:Happiness isn't something you experience; it's something you recall.

I'll have to see what the insurance company says tomorrow - I'm not sure how it all works but when you get your car rego you pay money for third party insurance so maybe that will come into it.Cameron "Mr.Tweak" Wilmot

Will see panel beater as well, might not be as bad as first thought. Luckily I am quite friendly with a local panel beater who does good work, he will look after me.Cameron "Mr.Tweak" Wilmot

Should be interesting to see the "at-fault" percentage.
You might get dinged a little bit because you were in the process of passing when it was not "safe" (what the insurance company would call safe)
Insurance companies are whacked in the head, so who knows. Hope it's not more than 25% for you
