When the ******* beat around the bush about a new fridge while my food rotted, I ended up buying my own fridge. And to get him back and just have a good laugh(my side still hurts from laughing), I did this with his old delapitated one.

Well I would love to, but two wrongs don't make a right, and I do not do stuff like that. The fridge is exactly where he agreed to remove it from. A lawn refers to a grassy front yard. And out on the lawn is where I told him I was putting it. He was so tickled to find out he wasnt paying for a fridge that law requires him to pay, that when he agreed to take it away from "the lawn" within a few weeks, I just had to. He will be sorry when the government resedential dept makes him pay for the food and reduce the rent for not supplying an appliance(s) that is/are in the rental agreement, among lots of other costs they will make him incur for his tardyness about other stuff.

So is the now non existant drier, broken washer and broken a/c. That he has to explain to the government. It clearly states that the rent includes all of these items. And also clearly states that the included fridge is frost free.

In Sweden the landlord must see to fridges and alot of other stuff.
If not hes breaing the law. All stuff must work proper.

The law here in this Canadian province states the same, only if it is in the rental agreement in the first place. As for apartments, fridge and stove are standard.

Thanks for the amazin info, all that from a picture of a hat and the city. :thumb: I like how they say "We hire only experienced, ethical agents" on their page, lol. Even though they are only trying to sell the crappy neglected, moldy, smelly slanted shanty house, lol, and do not own it, they treat me like **** as well.(I have lived here for 3 years, payed all bills in full, done our own painting (inside and out) with our own paint and do not deserve any of either of their crap). It aparently was on the market for 5 years when the new idiot bought it for $30000, lol, last year. Its only worth $10000,lol, and he is trying to get $40000, lol. Dont even get me started about the old idiot. My son called him bozo the clown.

hehe, good one. here in the armpit of the world, the land lord's required to take action when it comes to the roof, the a/c and heating, and a few other things.
our old landlord was mosuier chainsaw. the yard of our old place had all these gorgeous roses, and japanese pines and this glorious old larel, and he hacked them down about a year ago. we moved last nov, and i had wanted to see the larel, but it didn't bloom that spring,ptt!
actually, we recently drove by the old place, and he also took out a huge old olive, the walut, the oranges and lemon, and all the pomagant(SP) trees out of the byard. the nieghborhood we lived in and still do live here, used to be an olive orchard, but they left some of the trees when our area was built.
*sigh* in the new byard, all we ahve is an apricoit, stickers, and dog crap.
