looking comics download website!

hello all.... i am looking for some website that could allow me to download some comics, any kind, such as dragon ball something..

any one has any suggestions or recommendation???

i meant those comics which people used scanner scanned the pic one by one and zip them as one issue for one package...

if you know something about it , please post it below!!!
