I have exactly same problem with 4 G.Skill sticks. Do not bother razing voltages. Try to set all BIOS options from UEFI to Legacy....

To get your HP keyboard to work play with XHCI mode in BIOS. you want your port switched to USB 2 mode.
Try Disable or manual....

Of course there are options in BIOS at startup.
I've no experience with Z77. I would not go for Z77 at this point. Z87 gives your more SATA 3 and USB 3 ports.

Not interfaces, but hardware abstraction layer.
Basic Input/Output System (BIOS).
UEFI is meant to replace BIOS. UEFI provides more functionality, it includes all Legacy BIOS functions and adds a lot of new.....

I suggest to wait, next chipset revision. By that time Intel fixes USB 3 wake-up issue and manufactures, hopefully, will fix all firmware issues....

Two different sets of firmware subsystems.
UEFI is meant to replace BIOS, so it more complex. BIOS is old, simple and more developed.
If I would you, I would of wait a little before upgrading now. I see too many...

Z87-UD5H and G.Skill F3-12800CL8D-8GBMX issue
I have 4 sticks ( two sets) of G.Skill F3-12800CL8D-8GBMX totaling 16GB. Memory worked fine for two years in ASUS mb.
In Gigabyte z87-ud5h only two sticks, in any combination, work stable, even can be easily overclocked.
All four will give me BSOD in Windows. Raising voltage, setting manual...

Why would you need to use GPT for 120GB SSD? Just switch back to MRB. Try to turn off UEFI options, switching to Legacy BIOS.
Make sure also that AHCI is enabled and hot swap - disabled.
