V2 is not related to this specific version of AGESA. At some point not far back AMD has split AGESAs for AM4 into legacy V1 and new V2 branches. Every recent AGESA has been a V2, sometimes it gets omitted from the name not to confuse the users (though this seems to cause another type of confusion)....

I'm using 4pin headers and all fans are Noctua A12x25 PWM (they were a bit incompatible with some boards upon release, but it was fixed later on). CPU and SYS_1 and SYS_2 have been working fine for me since the start and they are on the primary ITE controller, SYS_4-5 were/are bugging out on occasion...

For some issues SIV doesn't help, some issues are with secondary controller itself that handles fans SYS_4+ and they occur both with SIV and SmartFan/UEFI....

unfortunately this is one of the long-standing issues with fan-control on GB boards (x570 also). Unfortunately whenever I contact support they cannot reproduce any of my issues with fan control (with proof videos from them), so it might be a combination of different factors. Suggest you report it to...
