  • Re: Help choosing SATA ports for SSDs with RAID 0

I have the same MB, and you've got a furball there. You need to use 1 of the 2 main Sata III ports to boot. I'm not aware of being able to use it any other way(you read the instructions just like I did).
so, you put your boot drive...

Re: Crossfire wont run in x8/x8

Are you familiar with ULPS? This is a feature in crossfire on the newer systems that basically disables the second card, when it's not needed. that might have something to do with it...but, I've never seen the problem you're describing. And, I don't...

    Re: z77 OC Formula problem

I just looked at my screen resolution/DPI, and had it set to 125%(big monitor-high resolution-makes things easier to see). I changed that to 100%, and the problem went away. You can clearly see the entire program(s), and all the edges.
    I wouldn't keep...

That may be my problem-I'm running 2560X1600 resolution and I think i have the setting at 125% or something. I tried earlier in the day to enable windows aero themes(not currently using them), but that didn't correct the problem. I installed all 3 updated...

    Hmm...my Formula drive is version0.2.12
I have a ram drive, I'm hoping it's just a simple upgrade, and that it remembers my settings-is there a change log?

I just launched my rapid oc, and timing config(the old version), and have the exact...

I just checked the Asrock download page for the OC Formula, and found all the software there was dated around August 2012. Care to share with me where there is a more current version of the Formula drive software(link would help)?...

Re: Z77 Extreme4 - will not Cold Boot

Try clearing the CMOS. If, when you said you hit the "reset" button, am I to assume you tried clearing/resetting the CMOS?
Had this happen a few days ago, not on my current system, but on an older system, with Vista 64. What I had...

Re: Pc will not power down

Strangely, my problem has been solve. I had a Microsoft X4 Sidewinder keyboard, and bought a new keyboard-a Logitech G510. Plugged in the new keyboard, installed the software-now when I hit "shutdown" the computer exits windows, and shuts down completely....

Re: Pc will not power down

Yea, I have that problem right now. Win 7/64, Z77 OC Formula. I can put the computer into sleep mode, and everything powers down. But, when I push shutdown, in windows, windows shuts down, but the fans and power supply are still running. I have to push and...

  • Re: Win 7/64+Asrock OC Formual Z77-won't enter sleep mode, and won't shut down

Spoke to soon. I can now enter sleep mode, and the fans shut off, and the computer sleeps-if I touch the keyboard or the mouse(even though the mouse is disable as a wake device in the OS), the computer wakes...
