Want to wire up a couple of cut fan connectors to fans with just leads, adding one into this MB /case

Thanks as always for the above info wardog,
I have searched the manual -Which is always my first go-to.
but it only noted the cpu fan header pin #.
Can we say then that pin 1, no matter what fan header, is always Ground ?

That dang white triangle on the Z77 Pro 4 mb- fan connectors, what does it signify ?
Manual does not clarify this , searches here did not come up with anything definitive.

Just built a new system with a z77 pro 4 MB
SSD 16gb ram etc...
Don't have Windows 7 yet ( that will be the OS eventually) budgeting ya know.
I do have an XP 32 bit disc and am wondering if I can load that up to ck out the system etc then when I get W7 do a clean install for my final...

After a few days away from this project I finished her up but not without some addt'l mods such as :
Removing the 120mm front intake fan and cutting away the perforated (read as: not many holes) fan grill, thereby allowing max air flow .

That's where the 120 mm fan sits there is a filter frame that can be pulled out without opening the case.
Behind this filter is a second 'grill' (inside the case) which i cut out some of it in order to have more airflow- read as: perforated...
