Ha, turns out the copy of Windows doesn't like it's new home. :-) changed a copy, and it worked.
Thank you all the same, Lsdmeasap! I'm sure I'll have more problems to trouble you when I start to overclock. :-P

EP45-UD3P bluescreen with IDE harddrive
Now it boots up and can get to bios, but when I try to install windows, it shows bluescreen saying "hardware broken" or something like that. I also tried to use a harddrive with system already installed, simillar thing happened, it's worse, it keeps bluescreen + reboot. is there anything special...

yeah, after unplug almost everything, it works. seems like I need a more powerful power supply. Thank you eli2k for the suggestion. :-)

Hi,
I just start my first build. i connected everything, but it won't boot up. the phase led on the board are all up, and the fans connect to the board will spin except the cpu fan, and graphic card fan. The cpu fan will move a little bit when i try to shut down power. what's wrong? bad board...
