    Kingston KHX1600C9D3K2/4G on LGA1156

Will that ram work on an LGA 1156? I know max safe voltage on I7/I5 is 1.65 but these are rated at 1.7-1.9V. Will they run on 1600Mhz at 1.65V?

The capacitor is completely intact with the plastic bit on the bottom and the pins are fine. It seems it wasnt even soldered on, there was just some glue on the plastic bit and the pins just...

Surprisingly it measures MCH temp from the built in sensor on the die, not on top of the heatspreader or...

Well, the pipe going across is actually hotter now, and MB sensor is reporting 33 with +0.175V instead of the 37 at +0.125V. Heatsink is about the same.

I don't know if it is a pre production board, it is rev. 1.3.

    Have...
