Are you able to rotate any of those coolers 90 degrees? That may get them to fit.
If not the top fan removal requires front panel to come off, unplug the 3 pin plug from fan controller and unscrew the fan from the top panel. It should...

Unfortunately there is no easy method to remove it. A lot of things will need to be removed in order to get it out and it is connected to the front fan controller using a 3 pin connector.

Re: Looking for Xaser V series case..
I don't think they would disclose that information. Wouldn't hurt to at least ask if there's any way to get a hold of one. Maybe they have 1 left over in their own inventory and perhaps they'll sell that to you direct.

Re: Dh-202 htpc
There are no better methods. If you power up the screen via other methods will also void the warranty so please keep this in mind if modifying the power cables.

Re: thermaltake 850i
direct linking to that site doesn't seem to work.
anyway are you sure it's 5/8"? how can the ID be bigger than OD? you mean 5/16" ID? If so, that's slightly smaller than 9.5mm and you'll need some extra fittings etc.
