I have Argus Monitor running on my system now. So far, it has been great and meets/exceeds my needs to replace SIV. The only "wish" I have is that it could control my Corsair AX1600i PSU fan (SIV couldn't do that either... have to use iCue)....

I appreciate the suggestion, Moonraise. At one point, I was using a hardware controller in this system. I would need to purchase a larger, more capable controller. I had been using a 4 port NZXT controller. No RGB for me. :)...

Thanks, Waltc! I've heard of Argus Monitor but haven't tried it yet. I see they have a 30-day trial. I think I will do that....

Ya', I think it was working on F34 for me, but now fan control in F35d is broken. (I did not try any versions between F34 and F35d.)...

Are others having issues with fan control with System Information Viewer (SIV)? I upgraded to the latest BIOS (F35d) for my X570 Aorus Ultra. In SIV, I re-calibrated the fans. Manual fan curves under Smart Fan 5 Advanced are not saving or seeming to take effect correctly. App Center shows that I'm running...

Ya', I had a ton of issues when the older AMD AGESA had all the known USB issues. Once they resolved that, things have been good. But now this latest Gigabyte BIOS / AMD AGESA seems to be reintroducing some old symptoms. :(...

Thanks for the response, @Waltc.The fTPM is part of the AMD (in my case) CPU, not part of the motherboard. AMD has had to patch their fTPM in the past due to security issues (e.g., 2018 Firmware TPM Updates | AMD). It seems that fTPM and dTPM both have their ups and downs, related to security. I found...

Another think that I've noticed with F35d is that it messed something up with my USB. My webcam no longer works for Windows Hello on bootup into Windows. It works after subsequent locking of Windows, but not on the initial boot. I have cleared CMOS and loaded defaults in BIOS, but it didn't help.

I notice that with F35d on my Aorus Ultra, AMD fTPM is enabled by default (for Win11). This is fine; however, it takes precedence over the hardware TPM by default. I had to disable the fTPM to have the system use the hardware TPM in my system. Does that sound right? Wouldn't it make sense to default...
