It's 1.2.0.7. That version appears three times in the UEFI image, and 1.2.0.8 appears zero times. I don't think I've ever seen them release a new AGESA without mentioning that in the patch notes....

I think this started in F32 and is still present in F33 through to F33j, when trying to save a BIOS to a USB stick through Q-flash, I get the message "Not able to save BIOS file successfully". This is through my front USB 3.0 port but also the BIOS USB...

Well, you can remove the device(s) from the TreatAsInternalPort key. But your controller needs to be set to AHCI to expose the capability, yes.

Hot swapping is native in the SATA spec. Having the controller set to AHCI mode should help to expose that fact to Windows. If it's set to PATA compabibility mode, legacy or similar, if that's still possible nowadays, Windows might not know about this feature. Also make sure to have up-to-date chipset...

Important nuance here: It works on Zen2 (and probably before that as well) BUT it requires BIOS support, too. It's a requirement from AMD on Zen3, so Resizable BAR will work on any motherboard with a Zen3-capable BIOS (all X570, most X470 and some others, provided they have been flashed with the new...
