I just populated the RAM sets in each individual channel CJR on one channel Micron Rev E on other channel....

F11k FCLK OC support is very bad and requires major tweaks for even 1900FCLK, whereas on default settings just increasing the FCLK to 1967 on f11j runs stable. So yeah I prefer f11j over f11k and also those USB problems can be omitted by disabling GCM....

UPDATE: I was able to run 3933cl16 stable using mixed RAM kits (Micron Rev E and Hynix CJR) with 1967 FCLK. No crashes No BSOD No sound distortion, just usb 2.0 headers are bugged. Find the timings below,

Games are more consistent in FPS now and I'm definitely seeing improvements...

  • Current best beta BIOS from Gigabyte for 5000 series after hours of testing,

    F31K for X570.
    F11J for B550.

Don't waste your time on other BIOS, conclusion arrived after many reports of users in different forums.

  • f11k is capable of 1900 FCLK but requires some tweak in SOC Vcore and LLC settings to make it work, which is not required in f11j.

I did not have much time to look into it. I think it is some what better compared to other BIOS as of now.

f11k is similar to f11d with all the...

  • usb stick with fat32 - OK
copy bios into root folder and rename it to gigabyte.bin (the endig is important!) - Extract the entire contents of the zip to the usb drive directly.
plug it into the right usb port (white one for me) - OK
start computer and spam that qflash button- Pressing...

  • Remove all the devices connected. No RAM, No GPU nothing, just a bare motherboard with EPS 8 pin and 24 pin power connected.
Plug in your FAT32 usb stick on the white usb port in your motherboard.(check your manual). Make sure the BIOS file is renamed to GIGABYTE.bin and the other files which...

  • I think you won the lottery with that chip.

Please try the f11j BIOS. It is more stable in FCLK and has no WHEA errors thrown. Reported by users from all forums. X570 users prefer f31k and B550 users prefer f11j.

In your case I think you can stabilize the FCLK using f11j, try...

  • Please share your setup config and voltage settings to achieve this FCLK. I was able to stabilize 1967 but not 2000 on f11j.

One more question how come you don't have the Ryzen Master Bug where the CORE section is hidden for 5600x users. I see you don't face this issue any method to solve...

  • Same here I think the voltage readings are inaccurate. Setting it at 1.46 reading is 1.48~1.5, If someone has a multimeter they can probe and check the actual volts....

  • You have won the lottery then most binned chips can go 2000 FCLK on any BIOS without issues but some lesser binned chips requires specific BIOS to go to higher FCLK.

I'm getting 671 and 5120+ in CPUz using 1967 FCLK.

I maybe wrong but simply connecting my devices...

  • Sorry I have been using FCLK 1967 in f11j bios and did not face any sound distortion issues when using both my headset and Bluetooth speakers. Could you try other XMP profiles like 3200 to see if the problem is gone? Or you could downclock your ram to 3200 and test whether it resolved the issue. Please...

  • I think the USB 2.0 issue still exist in latest BIOS revisions and not yet been addressed.

Example if I connect my mouse to usb 2.0 it would intermittently stop when using in windows....

  • Any voltage settings you can share which made your processor reach 2000 FCLK

I'm only able to reach 1967 with my 5600x using f11j bios....

  • Tried the new f11k BIOS with my 5600x and B550 Aorus Pro.

Unfortunately this is another dud, It did not post 1967 which it did on f11j.

  • I think we need to wait for more stable bios and confirmation from gigabyte or AMD that this X bios version will support FCLK overclock better on lottery processors.

Untill that it is not advisable to spend time on getting the processor stable above 1800 FCLK.

    I have tried...

  • Oh, Did you test with the f11j BIOS. I was able to post 1967, but not 2000 it boot loops. Seeing many users able to do 2000 on x570 but not any on B550. Hope future BIOS updates fixes this....
