I have a Z390 Master with BIOS F11n now installed. I activated the Re-Size Bar. What makes this feature only accessible to the Nvidia 3xxx series of cards? I have a 2080 Ti. What prevents me from using Re-Size bar, the BIOS on my card, Nvidia drivers etc.?

Do you mean BIOS F11kGK? AFAICT there is no F11lGK with RGB Fusion. There is the final BIOS version named F11l with no RGB Fusion baked in. If you do have F11lGK how about a link?...

I thought as much. I run at 5.1 Ghz on all cores and manage to keep the temps down. Thanks for the response

Is it worth the upgarde from a i9-9900K to a i9-10900K?
From the standpoint of a significant increase in performance is it worth the upgrade? My thinking is no and that I should wait for the next generation of CPUs which hopefully will be based on a smaller die.

Re: GIGABYTE Latest Beta BIOS for Z390 AORUS MASTER
BIOS F11e has deprecated all the Intel ME firmware to what was present in the all the BIOS's prior to F11d. F11d is up to date. Why would they create F11e with old ME firmware? Is this an example of the carelessness of the BIOS team?...
